PDLLA Filler
Target the visible signs of aging and achieve a glowing, youthful skin with PDLLA Filler.
Sagging skin, dryness, skin folds, wrinkles, and fine lines are the most evident signs of aging. These result from volume loss in the face due to bone resorption, loss of collagen in the dermis, dehydration, and loss of skin integrity due to weakened facial muscles.
Introducing PDLLA Filler – the new generation dermal filler with natural biostimulatory properties that restores your natural facial volume for a more radiant, youthful skin.

What is PDLLA Filler (AestheFill)?
PDLLA Filler is the new generation injectable dermal filler that is specifically designed to correct the visible signs of aging skin. PDLLA Filler (Aesthefill) induces deep tissue regeneration and collagen production to reduce sagging skin, skin folds, wrinkles, and fine lines.
PDLLA Filler is a biocompatible, biodegradable, and biostimulatory substance fully approved by the US FDA. PDLLA Filler naturally stimulates the production of new collagen in the deep layers of the skin to restore your collagen reserves. The new collagen strengthens your skin integrity and boosts your skin’s elastin and hyaluronic acid. With these effects, PDLLA Filler favorably adds natural volume to your face and strengthens your skin integrity, ultimately resulting in a younger, healthier, firmer look.
How does it work?
PDLLA Filler is injected to specific facial areas with sagging, folds, wrinkles, and fine lines. As soon as PDLLA Filler reaches the deep skin layer, it immediately starts to fill in the skin spaces with lost volume due to aging. The polylactide molecules of the PDLLA actively stimulates optimal bioregeneration to induce tissue renewal and collagen production, thereby adding natural volume to your skin. PDLLA also activates the production of elastin and hyaluronic acid in the skin to improve skin elasticity and hydration.

PDLLA Filler vs. conventional dermal fillers
Compared with conventional dermal fillers, PDLLA Filler treatment results in a more natural facial volume rejuvenation and has longer volume effect which could last for up to 24 months.

FAQ
Dr Neil suggests a course of 2 to 3 treatment sessions, done 4 weeks apart for optimal outcomes.
Your treatment session will start with a thorough cleansing of your face. Then, a numbing cream will be applied onto your face for about 15-20 minutes.
You may notice the results almost immediately after your treatment session. After the first week, you may notice a slight reduction in the initial result. This is normal and expected because of the absorption and elimination of water from the injected areas.
Results will become more noticeable over the next 1 to 2 months as new collagen reserves are produced. After achieving your desired outcome, PDLLA Filler results can last for up to 2 years.
The treatment has minimal pain and you might notice some bruises or swelling.
The downtime is very minimal and you can resume your daily activities within 1 to 2 days after your treatment session.
Some patients may experience minor side effects such as redness, warmth, bruising, and tiny bumps around the injection area. These are temporary and will resolve after a few days.
