OmSculpt
OmSculpt is the most advanced electromagnetic muscle stimulator with High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology. It induces supramaximal muscle contractions, which are not achievable by voluntary action.
When exposed to supramaximal muscle contractions through HIFEM, the muscle is forced to adapt to extreme conditions. The muscle responds with a deep remodeling of its inner structure through the growth of myofibrils (muscle hypertrophy) and creation of new protein strands and muscle fibers (muscle hyperplasia). These processes result in increased muscle density and volume.
How does it work?
There are a fixed number of fat cells in your body. They are just part of who you are. When you gain weight, you aren’t actually producing additional fat cells. The fat cells that you already have are simply getting larger. When you lose weight, they get smaller.
The fat cells that remain in your body can still get larger or smaller, depending on your weight. These fat cells make up the stubborn bulges of fat that are difficult to get rid of with exercise or dieting. With body contouring procedures, the fat cells in your body are removed or destroyed. Once they are gone, they cannot regenerate or be replaced. By removing fat cells in different areas of your body, we can “sculpt” the body. You will then look thinner because of fat loss and not weight loss.

At Om, we use the Teosyal Redensity® 1 (RD1) skinbooster, which gives a dewy glow as well as hydration and collagen stimulation. Teosyal RD1 skin boosters can be used on face, neck, decolletage area and hands. Teosyal RD1 is manufactured in Switzerland. It contains 15 mg/mL of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and is unique in comparison to other skinboosters available in market, as it contains following myriads of nutrients which are beneficial for skin:

- Glutathione: It’s a key ingredient for skin whitening. It neutralizes free radicals and prevents damage to vital cellular components.
- N-Acetyl-L-cysteine: It is vital for the synthesis of glutathione

Skinboosters are a minimally invasive and safe treatment that is almost painless. To make the procedure more comfortable, we apply our premium numbing cream onto the patient’s skin. Skinboosters are then administered either via an injector gun or through a manual injection, depending on your preference. The manual technique is preferred over the injector gun as it gives better results, ensures that most of skinboosters are administered into the skin, and can be modified per the patient’s conditions.
Treatment with skinboosters typically require 3 sessions scheduled 4 weeks apart. From then on, maintenance treatment can be done every 6 months.
After the session, you may notice tiny bumps and needle marks, which usually resolve spontaneously in 2-3 days. Some patients may have minor bruising which resolves in a few days.
