What is Reju S?
Reju S is a concentrated skin booster formulation that is specifically created to effectively treat acne scars.
Reju S is a unique form of Polynucleotides, a new type of injectable skin booster that stimulates total skin healing and rejuvenation.
With the highest concentrations of salmon-derived polynucleotides that closely resemble human DNA, Reju S activates the skin’s self-regeneration properties to adequately remodel sunken acne scars.
Reju S effectively promotes collagen production, accelerates skin repair, and improves skin elasticity and turgidity to treat acne scars and smooth out the skin.
Reju S vs. Reju Healer
Reju S and Reju Healer belong to the Polynucleotides line of injectable skin boosters that contain high concentrations of polynucleotides derived from salmon DNA. These polynucleotides stimulate collagen production to initiate the skin repair process.
The main difference between Reju S and Reju Healer is that Reju S contain higher amounts of polynucleotides, making it a more concentrated and thicker formulation of Polynucleotides. The unique formulation of Reju S makes it an ideal treatment for acne scars.
Reju S effectively fills up the sunken scars and activates skin remodeling to smooth out the skin. Reju S builds a scaffold that can serve as the foundation for further collagen production. Through this, the skin’s elasticity and turgidity are restored.
Reju Healer, on the other hand, is specifically formulated as a potent anti-aging treatment that restores skin integrity, enhances hydration and elasticity, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and refines pores. The Reju Healer also has anti-inflammatory effects which help optimize skin recovery.

How is the treatment performed?
Before the procedure, Dr. Neil will prescribe anti-pain medications and apply a potent numbing cream on the skin to minimize your discomfort during the treatment.
Using a tiny needle, Dr. Neil will inject Reju S directly beneath the specific acne scars. You may feel slight discomfort, similar to an ant bite, during each injection.
After your treatment session, you may notice tiny bumps on the treated areas. These bumps contain the injected Reju S. An intensive recovery cream will be applied on these bumps and we will assist you in massaging the bumps.
It is recommended that you continue to massage the bumps for a few days after your treatment. Some needle marks and bruising may be present but these will usually disappear after 5 to 7 days.
Reju S with Subcision
In cases of deep acne scars, Subcision could be performed before the Reju S treatment. Subcision is a simple procedure that involves the direct breakdown the bands of scar tissues beneath the skin. During the Subcision process, a small needle will be introduced into your skin, just beneath the acne scar. The needle will break the disorganized scar tissues that pull your skin into depressions. This mechanical breakdown of scar tissues allows the skin to produce new collagen that will remodel the sunken areas in your skin.
Patients with ice pick and boxcar scars could expect superior results with the combination treatment of Subcision and Reju S injection.
How many treatments are needed for Reju S?
In most cases, 3-4 treatment sessions are recommended, performed every 4 weeks. The specific dose of Reju S depends on the severity and number of your acne scars.
You would then need to come back for follow-up treatment once every 6 to 12 months to maintain the skin repair process through collagen stimulation.
Reju S + Radiofrequency microneedling
Individuals with severe acne scars will benefit from the combination of Reju S and Radiofrequency microneedling.

Dr Neil Pawar
Dr. Neil graduated from the esteemed Grant Medical College in 2010 with first-class honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Ever since studying medicine, Dr. Neil has always been passionate about aesthetics and anti-aging treatments. After graduating from medical school, he was awarded a full scholarship to pursue a research fellowship in New York, USA. He focused on the study of Alzheimer’s Disease and other aging-related diseases. Through his research studies, Dr. Neil gained a deep understanding of the pathology of aging-related diseases and the therapeutic modalities that alleviate the impacts of such diseases. His fellowship also further strengthened his passion for the field of aesthetics and anti-aging medicine.
Dr. Neil is one of the very few to be accredited with a Board Certification in Aesthetic Medicine by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in Singapore. He has obtained all his national aesthetic certificates of competence to perform aesthetic procedures from the National Skin Center, Singapore.
To further advance his understanding of skin-related topics and aesthetic techniques, Dr. Neil undertook a Graduate Diploma in Dermatology at the Queen Mary University of London, where he graduated with a Distinction. He also received rigorous clinical training in aesthetic medicine from expert dermatologists and plastic surgeons from Korea, the USA, and Europe. He keeps his medical practice up-to-date by regularly attending international conferences and workshops on the emerging technologies and procedures in aesthetic medicine. With his notable experience and involvement in clinical practice and research, he has published extensively in several peer-reviewed journals.
Today, Dr. Neil is known for being an expert in delivering natural results through his precise and artistic approach to aesthetic procedures. He specializes in all face lifting and face slimming procedures and has developed his own combination protocols to get effective results. He also attends to patients for various other aesthetic procedures such as nose augmentation, chin sculpting, face fillers, face/body slimming procedures, and various laser procedures.
