Secret RF Microneedling
Radiofrequency microneedling also known as 黄金微针 (in Mandarin). Secret RF Duo combines Radiofrequency microneedling and 1540nm fractional Erbium glass laser.
What is Radiofrequency microneedling?
It combines the use of microneedles and fractional radiofrequency waves to stimulate skin remodeling. Once injected into the skin, the microneedles precisely deliver radiofrequency pulses into the target skin areas. The radiofrequency energy then creates tiny channels, or microwounds, in the deep layers of the skin. This triggers natural skin healing and the production of new collagen, elastin, and capillaries, which reconstruct and rejuvenate the skin. The result of Secret RF in Singapore is smooth, tight, and healthy skin with less scars and wrinkles.

Radiofrequency microneedling is a safe, minimally invasive procedure. To make the procedure more comfortable, we apply our premium numbing cream onto the patient’s skin. During the procedure, microneedles penetrate the skin and deposit radiofrequency energy inside the skin to stimulate the collagen regeneration process.
Typically, 4-5 sessions of radiofrequency microneedling are required each year.
After the session, you may notice mild redness, mild swelling, and rarely, pinpoint bleeding. These side effects usually resolve after a day or two. If post-procedure precautions are not followed properly, there could be acne breakout, scab formation, or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Radiofrequency microneedling has minimal downtime.
Radiofrequency microneedling works in synergy when combined with other treatments. Based on the concerns it can be combined with HIFU (intense facelifting), Bio-remodeling Skin Booster (hydration), Polynucleotides (enlarged pores), and even Pico laser (stubborn pigmentation)
Applying a topical antibiotic cream helps reduce the chances of acne breakout. It is also advisable that you avoid sun exposure and use sun protection. Avoid medications, such as salicylic acid and glycolic acid, as these can cause skin irritation.
