Sylfirm X is an FDA-approved RF microneedling treatment designed to safely target a range of skin concerns. It may help with pigmentation, melasma, fine lines and wrinkles, redness, acne scars, large pores and uneven or dull skin, supporting a healthier, more rejuvenated complexion.
The treatment works by delivering micro-needles combined with radio frequency energy into the skin, stimulating your natural healing process. This encourages collagen production and skin regeneration with minimal discomfort and little to no downtime.
Sylfirm X features dual-wave RF (continuous and pulsed), 8 adjustable modes, and a wide needle depth range of 0.3–4.0mm, allowing precise, tailored treatments for different areas and skin conditions.

How Does Sylfirm X Work?
Sylfirm X utilises microneedling radio frequency (RF) to target the papillary dermis beneath the skin’s surface, stimulating collagen regeneration to improve elasticity, refine skin tone, reduce pigmentation, and enhance overall skin renewal.
Gold-plated microneedles create precise micro-injuries that trigger skin repair, collagen production, and help remodel scar tissue.
Radiofrequency (RF) energy is then delivered through the microneedles at controlled heat (40–60°C),
stimulating the body’s natural healing process and encouraging new collagen formation.

Dr Neil (Nilesh Pawar)
Dr. Neil graduated from the esteemed Grant Medical College in 2010 with first-class honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Ever since studying medicine, Dr. Neil has always been passionate about aesthetics and anti-aging treatments. After graduating from medical school, he was awarded a full scholarship to pursue a research fellowship in New York, USA. He focused on the study of Alzheimer’s Disease and other aging-related diseases. Through his research studies, Dr. Neil gained a deep understanding of the pathology of aging-related diseases and the therapeutic modalities that alleviate the impacts of such diseases. His fellowship also further strengthened his passion for the field of aesthetics and anti-aging medicine.
Dr. Neil is one of the very few to be accredited with a Board Certification in Aesthetic Medicine by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in Singapore. He has obtained all his national aesthetic certificates of competence to perform aesthetic procedures from the National Skin Center, Singapore.
To further advance his understanding of skin-related topics and aesthetic techniques, Dr. Neil undertook a Graduate Diploma in Dermatology at the Queen Mary University of London, where he graduated with a Distinction. He also received rigorous clinical training in aesthetic medicine from expert dermatologists and plastic surgeons from Korea, the USA, and Europe. He keeps his medical practice up-to-date by regularly attending international conferences and workshops on the emerging technologies and procedures in aesthetic medicine. With his notable experience and involvement in clinical practice and research, he has published extensively in several peer-reviewed journals.
Today, Dr. Neil is known for being an expert in delivering natural results through his precise and artistic approach to aesthetic procedures. He specializes in all face lifting and face slimming procedures and has developed his own combination protocols to get effective results. He also attends to patients for various other aesthetic procedures such as nose augmentation, chin sculpting, face fillers, face/body slimming procedures, and various laser procedures.

Sylfirm X is great for a broad range of genders and age groups as it features both short and long pulses that can be personalised to address various conditions. It’s also suitable for every skin type.
Numbing cream is applied prior to ensure a comfortable treatment experience.
Most patients find Sylfirm X treatment comfortable with no pain. Some may experience slight tingling sensation with a light pressure when the probe touches your skin. This feeling can vary, depending on the depth and area treated.
It’s normal to have some slight swelling and redness post-treatment, but it should fade within a few hours. Each Sylfirm X procedure will take half an hour and will be done with numbing cream to make the process easier and more convenient.
For the melasma treatment, the pigmented area will darken initially and then lighten within a week or two.
For acne scars, and skin tightening treatment on both the body and face, you should anticipate some mild swelling and redness that can last between one to five days.

Results for skin tone and texture can be seen immediately from a single session. Continual improvement is observed three months after each treatment session as the process of collagen regeneration increases over time.
You may resume back to daily activities immediately after the Sylfirm X session. Minimal side effects such as redness or mild swelling (at a more intense treatment setting) may occur before transitioning into a smoother, younger skin texture. Downtime is none to 3 days for most conditions.
Longer downtime can be observed for those treating acne scarring, as it requires treatment at deeper depths of the skin.

Applying sun protection and moisturising products after Sylfirm X treatment is a must for faster recovery and to reduce side effects from occurring. Repairing and hydrating skincare products or sheet masks is also recommended.
You should also avoid skincare with active ingredients like AHAs, BHAs, and Retinols as it may irritate the skin.
